SHIPPING & POLICIES

SHIPPING

  • Free Shipping on ALL orders over $75.00 except those designated as remote areas by Canada Post.
  • Flat Rate Shipping within Canada & USA is $7.50.
  • All local pick-up's are free
  • On a case by case basis, we may decide to ship outside of Canada, and the USA.
  • Lettermail Shipping is available on smaller orders also decided upon case by case basis. 

All Packages are sent via Canada Post, USPS or Purolator. Canadian packages will include up to a maximum of $100.00 of insurance & a tracking number.  Unfortunately if your package is lost or damaged, this means we can only cover $100.00 worth of damages.  Therefore, for larger orders more than $100.00, we recommend that you purchase additional insurance in the case your package is lost, damaged or stolen. 

Nature Bumz Co. does not assume liability or responsibility after packages have been dropped off at the Post Office and we provide you with your tracking number.  All packages that are shipping out from Ontario will ship within 1-4 business days. Most orders placed before 2pm EST and on a business day are shipped the same day.

An email confirmation will be sent when your package has been dropped in the mail.  Packages shipping to the United States do not include a tracking number unless customer requests tracking at an additional cost.  International customers are responsible for any and all additional taxes and/or duties charged by customs.

RETURN POLICY

Exchanges only, no cash refunds. Returns must be accompanied with the original receipt and be within 14 days of the date of purchase. Items must be returned in their original, unopened package to be accepted & the customer must pay shipping on those returned to Nature Bumz Co.   
All Cloth Diapers, Swim diapers & Nursing Pads are Final Sale and can not be exchanged. And all gently used diapers are final sale. 

Please be sure to contact us prior to shipping back any returns or exchanges.  We recommend you insure your return package as we are not liable for any packages that are lost in the mail. 
If items were shipped in error they will be replaced and corrected at Nature Bumz Co.'s expense.  We will pay the shipping for you to have the item shipped back to us & pay for the shipping of the correct item to be sent to you. If an item is missing, we will send out your item in a new package at no additional cost to you.

ORDERS, PRICING & TAXES 

• All Orders can be placed online, or by phone. Phone orders are accepted Monday through Saturday 10am-9pm at 866-240-8080.

• Ontario residents are subject to 13% HST.  Orders within Canada and outside of Ontario are subject to GST or HST only. All prices are in Canadian dollars. 

• If you place an order for showroom-pickup, we ask that you pick your order up within 1 week from the day you place your order if possible.
Orders online can be paid for using PayPal (any form - funded, credit card, echeck, etc.) or credit card (Mastercard and Visa only). Purchases in our stockroom can be paid for with cash or pre-paid by PayPal / Credit Card (Mastercard & Visa). 

• All Prices reflected on the website are for online purchases & showroom purchases only.  All prices for our products at The Smiling Mom are separate & have their pricing separate from those online.


BACK ORDERS

All back-orders must be paid for in full prior to ordering & all back-orders fall under our return policy, see below.  Usual backorder times take between 2-4 weeks, depending on product availability.  

 

MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS

If you obtain an item that has a manufacturer's defect or the item becomes defective with use, Nature Bumz Co. can assist you to replace / repair the item immediately. However, in some cases we may need to put you directly in contact with the manufacturer (as this is their policy). All items shipped for defective reasons are at the expense of the customer.

 

GOING GREEN

We work with our suppliers to ensure that there is less waste going into our landfills. When shopping at our showroom, Nature Bumz Co. will be providing bags only when absolutely necessary.  If you believe you do not need a bag or can bring one yourself it would be greatly appreciated! 
Also you will notice that the majority of items sold by Nature Bumz Co. has very little or no packaging.
